Just two seconds after posting news regarding SC IV and SCL, I notice that 1up has yet another article on new SC information. Enjoy, if only for a moment.
On framerate:
"For the hardcore: the game will run at 60FPS and they're currently considering supporting 1080P resolutions -- but it isn't confirmed."
On story:
"...the story of Soul Calibur IV will be a continuation of Soul Calibur III, with a twist. Once, a man became a hero using the sword Soul Edge, but his son stole it from him for evil and ends up dying during battle. The hero (father) out of grief, decides to make Soul Calibur. This aspect will apparently will become a key to Soulcalibur 4's story."
