Soul Hunter. Looks like a Protoss bike cop.
Phase Cannon, a Photon Cannon upgrade that can warp to relocate.
Tempest, the next evolution of the Carrier.
Twilight Archon: looks like an Archon to me.

Observers, High/Dark Templars, and Reavers.
