The first announcement at today's WWDC keynote is exciting for Mac gamers. Bing Gordon of EA took the stage with Steve Jobs to announce that, starting in July, the following EA properties are going to make their way to the Mac:
•Madden 08
•Tiger Woods 08
•Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix
•Command & Conquer 3
•Battlefield 2142
•Need For Speed Carbon
John Carmack of iD Software also took the stage to demo a top secret next-generation engine. The demo reportedly featured 20 GB worth of textures on screen at once.
